• What are your hours of operation?

  Terra Spa's hours of operation are 7 Days a week; 10:00am – 8pm

• How do I make an appointment?

  In order to make an appointment, you can contact us by telephone or by email. In order to reserve your appointments, we require a contact telephone number and a credit card with expiration date. We ask that you arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you arrive late to the appointment you have scheduled, we unfortunately would have to shorten your treatment time and retain the original price of the appointment. We do this as a courtesy to the guests who are scheduled after you.

• How do I cancel/reschedule my appointment?

  If you would like to cancel or reschedule your pampering session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. If the appointment is not cancelled ahead of time, we do fully charge for the treatments that are reserved.

• At what age may I receive Spa Treatments?

  You must be 18 years old to receive Massage, Body Treatments, Facials & Waxing are permitted with guardian consent.

• How do I book a group event?

  A group spa party can be booked by contacting us with the names and treatment choices of each member of your group. For groups of three or more people we do require prepayment of your any services. A specific cancellation policy will be created for your group.

• How do I pay for my appointment?

  We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept personal checks. Gratuities for our therapists can be provided in cash or credit.

• Do I have to leave a gratuity?

  Our Spa therapists pride themselves in delivering excellent service. Gratuities are graciously accepted and appreciated.

• I have a gift certificate/voucher for my appointments, but I forgot to bring it in. What do I do?

  In the event that you have forgotten your gift certificate/voucher, we will charge you for the treatments we have scheduled. This charge will be fully refunded to you once we receive the original certificate (not a copy).

• I'm pregnant, can I still have spa treatments?

  At Terra Spa, we offer prenatal care and relaxation in the form of massages and facials. However, because of the heat involved in our body wraps and treatments, we do not offer them to our expecting clients. The most relaxing treatments requested of us by our pregnant clients is the foot massage (not reflexology, as we do not want to activate pressure points), massages to reduce fatigue, and facials.

• What is Terra Spa policy on nudity? Is draping required?

  Yes, we do require our clients to be draped with a sheet or a towel.

• Do you have male therapists?

  Yes, our therapists are male and female.

• Are there any health conditions that I need to disclose before my day spa appointment?

  Please be aware that if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure or a heart condition, services that involve the application of heat are not advised. We also need to be informed of any skin irritations, infections and/or injuries prior to your day spa treatment. Please consult your doctor first.
